Midlands Ultra is nearly here!

Good luck to all of our MiFitLife clients competing at Midlands Ultra this month. We’re working at full speed to bring you the best race we possibly can, and can’t wait to see you all on the start (and finish!) line!

With December fast approaching, we’ll all be looking to take a break and de-stress a little over the festive period. Lucky for us, MiFitLife ambassador Jan van Rooyen has some of his “helpful” tips. Have a watch below and see why he reckons all endurance athletes need to take some time out.
