Come prepared! Sun City is the venue for Africa’s toughest Olympic-distance triathlon on November 7th,and according to race director Ryan Landy, “it’s going to be the toughest to date.”

The bike course will consist of two 20km laps including a tough climb from Sun City’s main entrance to the Entertainment Centre. The 40km bike will be followed by a demanding 10km run through Sun City and on the immaculate Gary Player Championship Golf Course. The race begins at 7am with a 1.5km swim.

With many of South Africa’s top triathletes expected to participate, this year’s race is going to be a real humdinger!

11 global, the company behind the ELEVEN Triathlon Series is based in Atlanta USA, and this is the reason why entry fees are quoted in US Dollars. Early entry runs until October 15th, Individual entry is $49 (R360) and $79 (R580) for a relay team. Fees increase to $59 and $92 respectively thereafter.

Your entry fee includes entrance to Sun City including the Valley of the Waves, so bring the family for a day of fun in the sun. Race entrants also receive a dry fit shirt, finishers medal, and an 11global goody bag with triathlon items. 11global has teamed up with 1time and will give away two complimentary race entries including airfare to 11global’s next South African event, ELEVEN Cape Town on February 27, 2011. Your race entry automatically goes into the draw, which will take place during the awards ceremony. You must be present to claim the prize.
